"一樓的甜點都很好吃，24小時！ 早餐可以加錢吃個一次！ 房間的位置離電梯有點遠，對於住七晚的有點不方便。第一天到因為還在調整時差，等了快三小時才check in(原先是3點才開始） 已詢問過，可以提早，所以我們才在大廳等，但櫃檯人員還是讓我們等了快三小時。真的有點心累！ 離我地鐵不遠5分鐘 "

"歐洲最差的酒店，住了2個晚上。 房間很小枱，很難放東西。地毯老舊，酒店早餐貴，但食物選擇小。 地鐵站搬行李不方便，因為沒升降機。 總結：職員態度差，房間浴室門壞了，說好換，但職員一個推一個，最後沒有換。 第一天浴室房門不能關上，職員沒有上來協助，只送了明天2份早餐劵給我們，由於當日房滿了，前枱說明天早上再安排換房。 第2天早上，2位職員說我們不用搬行李，晚上回來時行李會安排好在新房間。 但第2天晚上，男職員說由於房間滿了及有維修職員上房維修了門，所以沒有換房間。但我們回到房間發現門都是很難推開，不覺得職員有維修。男前枱職員上來都覺得不容易開。他又說送早餐，但我們拒絕。要求見經理。他說明天早上我們一定看到經理，晚上沒有經理。 第3天早上，最惡劣的肥胖前枱女職員，態度最惡劣，不給我們見經理，對此事沒有道歉，還說沒有職員說我們可以換房，真的十分生氣。所以我們回房了 過了30分鐘 ，check out時，經理出現，有和我們道歉。但覺得其他普通職員完全不知在做什麼，服務態度差，安排差，如果一早沒有房間，不應說可以換。 絕對不會再住此酒店，惡劣的體驗"

"看到這麼多網路的複評，考慮很久才預定這間飯店，因為他的地點對我真的非常的方便。第一天看到老舊的設備，真的後悔。但洗了的熱水澡之後躺在乾淨的床上，沒有時差的睡到天亮。 Staff 的服務很好，也很專業。需要什麼櫃檯有求必應。 可以停車 可以寄放行李 櫃檯24小時有人 設備老舊而且簡陋但不會很髒 每天都有人倒垃圾，換毛巾鋪床單 付這樣的房價，沒什麼要抱怨的"

"Overpriced for a tiny room that is falling apart. Hotel looks great from the outside, but that good feeling ends once you step into the room. Smallest room I have EVER seen, the shower is worst - even a smaller man like me couldn't turn around comfortably without opening the door. It also sinks around 3 inches down the floor, so it is harder to get in and out. All wooden parts are either peeling or cracking - got a minor cut from wood splinter at the bathroom door. The only "table" could only fit 70% of my 13" laptop, ridiculous. Window literally leaks - chilling wind blows in at night with no way to shut off noise. TV is completely dead - no channel has any reception at all. The bigger rooms might be better, but the single room should be avoided. You have to pay me to stay for over a week. This is actually the most expensive room per night on my trip, and by far the worst one. I have stayed at another hotel on the previous week (2 tube stations away), and it was way better while being ~20% cheaper per night. Location is great and the area seems safe, but there are better choices."
