"Great hotel in a great location. We had a really good price for the room as well. The decor of our room was a bit dated but nothing to complain as it was clean and comfortable for a family of 3. The staff were really lovely as well ad gave us vouchers for the bar. My partner does not like lifts and the stairs are a bit hard to find but we were on one of the lower floors so didn't affect us. Would recommend and return (requesting a floor on a lower floor!)"

"The property is beautifully designed inside and out, but the service overall was inconsistent and the room photos online did not match the room I was assigned - it was somewhat smaller and had a much smaller bathroom that was missing the bathtub altogether. They changed their menu to the spring offerings during my stay and I felt like I was their menu tester or something bc most items I ordered did not match the menu descriptions (a spinach reduction and thyme herb chicken instead of grilled chicken and basil reduction on a buratta salad, malted & cultured butter w bread instead of simple whipped butter as indicated). Mohammed at reception was very accommodating as were the two bartenders, but overall service was not up to par, even for a 4 star hotel. "

"The hotel is stunning, the staff are attentive & professional. The bar was well stocked & reasonably priced. The room (executive room) was well equipped. Luxury robes & toiletries, spacious & air conditioning. But as with most large chain hotels obvious details in design are missed - huge mirrors and dressing tables supported by normal hairdryer - except there was no available plug socket anywhere near. Ditto the luxury espresso machine, great but tea drinkers using the kettle would be stumped with no socket again. And why is the only bin in the bathroom, nothing for tea/coffee debris etc Returning to hotel at 11pm to find bar closed was disappointing but we put it down to being a Sunday. Overall the stay was superb and we’d definitely use it again for city trips."

"I booked this hotel for a short stay and it was great for what I needed. The staff were polite and helpful, the price was very good and the hotel was well maintained. The shower was snug but did the job. I would definitely book in here again."
