「La chambre exécutive pour laquelle j’ai payée ne ressemblait nullement à la description donnée par l’hôtel; aucun balcon, un frigo à vin ne permettant pas de mettre ma nourriture et sans congélateur pour y ranger les « ice pac », absence de cafetier, une seule débarbouillette pour deux personnes, absence de support à bagages, et de meubles pour suspendre le linge, porte de salle de bain qui ne ferme pas… Il nous a été impossible de rencontrer le personnel, ni le soir à notre arrivée, le le matin...

「Choosing to stay here you need to keep in mind that it is a 2 star hostel so you can't expect bells and whistles. You have to manage your expectations. That being said me and my partner found this to be the perfect base for our Byron Bay stay. We stayed in a private cube double room and to be honest it's everything we needed. We've stayed in 5 star hotels before and I can honestly say the bed in this hostel was one of the comfiest beds we've ever slept in! We had a fridge to store food and drink...

「Stay one night Christmas eve , and left on 25/12 ,it was Christmas holiday, the city was so quiet, even we could not find any restaurant for our dinner.lucky we find one and only one in the down town the chinese express shop. And the hotel in charge tell us,he would leave on 24 /12 night and no body staff left.told us to leave the key while check out, just ok. it was quiet unbelieve that no in charge staff on duty to manage the hotel. so I took experience that no next time coming on this date.」

「Staff were lovely and helpful. Property is in a handy location, with some little gems in the area like "Home" at Alstonville and Nat's Coffee just up the road. The room needed a deep clean and bathrooms/beds could do with an upgrade.」

「Well-appointed, comfortable cabin in a lovely setting. Interior is spacious with kitchen area separated from living area and bedroom. Bathroom is a bit cramped with cabinet overshadowing the sink. Furnishings are in excellent condition and comfortable. Interesting art work on the walls. 」

「設備較老舊且有飛揚的蜘蜘網在天花板飄動，其他房客抽煙會有煙味飄入房間。 但如果是以沙灘玩水的目的，旅館後方有一個小徑能快速直通海灘，還算不錯。」
