"If you are looking for a place to sleep this is it. Not always the most quiet, but comfortable. Microwave and refrigerator. We didn't try the pool, we simply spend all day out with our grands and came back to just to sleep. "

"We have stayed here several times and we were so dissatisfied. The staff was not as pleasant or helpful as past visits. We were not allowed a late check out and had to pay for another day. Our landline did not work so unable to contact front desk for anything. Also microwave was broken. Front desk had the worst customer service. Even before arrival I needed to get my son on the reservation to check in due to a delay on my arrival. Reaching a person was a nightmare. When I finally did they were so unhelpful and sarcastic. I am just so unhappy with this stay."

"This place is in a rough neighborhood. The front desk lady did not allow us to use the restroom after our four hour drive in because we were not guests yet. Although we had a reservation we were not allowed to use the restroom. She was ok with other drug dealers and users to hang out in the lobby and parking lot. After we returned to check in we were charged another time, although I explained that we had paid through hotels.com. Then our room key didn’t allow us in to our room, so we had to get escorted by her to let us in. The hallways smelled awful like a wet dog or a failed attempt to clean up vomit. The room stunk like cigarettes and the bed was not comfortable. We only had two towels for the four guests. When I asked for more after we returned from dinner and had to get escorted to our room again. We were only given one more towel. When my son used the toilet it clogged. We told the front desk and were handed a plunger. Needless to say this place overcharges. I would never book here again or recommend it for a family."

"Booked through Expedia when I arrived at the hotel the front desk gentleman kept saying no there’s no reservation under that name. I showed him my email and he still didn’t want to believe me and can’t saying he couldn’t find it. He took my phone and started scrolling my email kept clicking his computer and then would you believe that he found my reservation. The room itself is decent , it has a lot of nice amenities you don’t see often. The ac unit was a bit weird sounded like the filter needed to maybe be changed out. Bed was comfortable "
