"Rooms are big and roomy, floors felt dirty and are in need of a good deep clean. Bathroom was clean with an updated shower. Our room had a decent clean smell, can't say that about other rooms we went by to get to ours. You can hear everything through the door at night. It worked for one night. Will find a better option next time. The lady working the front desk was very pleasant and attentive to our needs. We didn't try the breakfast. "

"We’ve stayed here before & return frequently. We like the spaciousness of the rooms. They are clean & accommodating. The staff is not overly friendly, but nice. The gym works for our exercise needs. The only downside we’ve experienced is loud walking on the floor above. The solid surface floors are good for cleanliness, but not so great when it comes to insulation. Overall, we’re happy with this hotel & will book again. "

"It was as ok. A few drunk guys were out back. One of your staff members told me my service dog wasn’t allowed to support me inside the breakfast area. I’m glad I didn’t have a medical emergency while getting a bagel to go."

"The hotel in Rocky Mount was full when we arrived. They put us off to another hotel 20 miles away. After driving for 6 hours I wasn’t going to get back on the road. I’m not paying for the hotel or for your insurance coverage. Scammers!!!"
