Bed was super comfortable for me (medium soft), but too soft for my husband (who likes a very firm mattress). Room air conditioner was under the window and could be loud through the night. Ask for a room not facing the highway. Truck noise (brake retardation) could be loud as well. Still - overall a good 1-night stay. "

I don’t care for bathtubs or shower curtains in hotels but the bathroom was clean. Breakfast was very good quality with good options. Breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. "

"Shampoo in shower was empty and shower curtain wouldn’t stay closed because rod was coming out of wall. Light over stove and desk lamp were out. End tables were chipped. Metal strip elevator door slides on was filthy. Hotels.com should drop this hotel from their offerings. "
