「I left because I could not stay in a smoking and pet room. They refused to refund. I did not stay there. I made the reservation within 30 minutes upon arrival. I reserved online a non-smoking pet free room. I was shown 2 rooms and both were smoked in and had pets and it had deodorizer to try to cover it up. I could not stay there I will get sick. 「I checked in on 5/23. The trainee was very nice and welcoming. She was working through the check-in process smoothly with a question or two for the manager. The manager was short with her and unwelcoming to the guests — obviously hospitality is not her strength. This was the first Holiday Inn Express I felt so uncomfortable checking-in.」
