"I had a pleasant stay here. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly, answering all my questions with a great attitude. While the hotel might be a bit older, it's clearly well kept. "When I got to the property the elevator was not working and they had no rooms on the first floor that were wheel chair accessible. The receptionist at the desk Quanasia was amazing. She found me a room in the hotel next door. Explained my situation. Got the room for me for less and had my room refunded by Expedia within 15 minutes. I was in bed within a half an hour. This receptionists customer service is amazing. She should be promoted to manager or at least get a nice raise. Don’t loose her"
