"Great neighborhood. Close to grocery shopping and restaurants. Fairly quiet. As one who has allergies, I was slightly disappointed with not being able to use the ceiling fan. The blades were covered in dust, and I couldn't reach them to clean. Should be cleaned/wiped periodically. Also, there is a need for exterminator services. Seems like the apartment is running on "auto-pilot" with basic cleaning being done between customers but without the deep cleaning necessary that should be done...

There is a brewery with good food right downstairs in the same building and they have a beer garden/gated patio area. The rooftop terrace is only accessible until until 5pm, we were the only ones on the rooftop on a Friday around 4:30pm. "Great spacious apartment , good value and good communication. Was a little noisy a couple of times hearing other app’ TV / chatting and facing the road outside but minimal. Some areas of the apartment could be improved , touch up of the paint , shower tap needs tightening, but overall very well presented and good amenities such as TV with streaming services.
