「For a pet friendly place.. it was very quiet and clean! The only complaint I had was that the refrigerator didn’t have a small freezer.. so I could not keep my ice cream cold enough or my freezer pacs frozen for longer use! We were very close to the exit.. so my husband was able to walk to the car! That was a major PLUS!! 」

「First time I stayed at this Hampton, I usually stay at the one off the turnpike in Harmarville/Oakmont but it was full for the Master's weekend. I really liked and the cost was cheaper than Hamarville. It's more convenient to a Giant Eagle and Eat-nPark too - two places I always need to visit when I can return to Pgh There is also a Walmart and gas options close if needed. :) Clean, staff was great. Quiet. No complaints. 」

I showed them the e-mail confirmation on my computer only to get remarks such as, "That won't change anything" "It doesn't matter what your e-mail says"... We asked if they could make the change and the lady first said no, and it's not because they were full, just because they got the information that we wanted a smoking room, while never providing any proof that was the what happened.
