The property wreaked of marijuana, the neighborhood was very sketchy and felt unsafe, and the management company running the company failed to communicate properly. The “included parking” is street parking - so that “perk” felt a little misleading, but my car was still there when I woke up lol. The only issue was the air condition - it worked great, but anytime it was on you could hear something flapping around in the exposed ventilation system which was quite loud. Otherwise good....
