The hotel has a ton of options for breakfast. It is great because everyone can find something. We stayed on the 6th floor. The bathrooms were remodeled but the hallways were bare and had halls. I know that they are renovating. But they need to close it off, as it doesn't look appealing to guests. Our fridge was also not working and it smelled odd. Great location though!

Original room was disgusting. The walls and sheets were covered in stains and scuff marks, the bathtub was filled with hair and the provided body wash, shampoo, conditioner were half empty. After speaking to staff we were moved to a different room. The walls were still dirty and there was a stain by the tv but the other issues seemed to be resolved in this new room.

The hotel is newer, so it is mostly in good condition, but there is some neglect of maintenance. The main door to the fitness room and pool never worked properly so either it or the secondary door to the pool was propped open for the duration of our 3 night stay. The breakfast consisted of the same standard hotel offering each day: scrambled eggs, sausage patties, white bread and bagels, baking, cold cereal, yogurt, and a waffle maker. Oranges were the only fresh fruit and some were starting to go moldy. A better variety and more healthy options would be appreciated. Our room was mostly clean and in good repair, but there were several issues. The base of one bed was shifted out from the wall about 6 inches, leaving a gap between the box spring and the base and creating a target for stubbing your toe every time you walked past. The head board for the same bed wasn't properly attached to the wall resulting in excessive noise if you were to attempt sitting in bed to watch TV. There was a light burnt out in the bathroom and some mold and a split in the ceiling of the shower. The ironing board consumes the whole wardrobe when it is stored there making it unusable for actually hanging clothes and the suitcase caddy was broken. We discovered a mouse in our room on the final evening. While trying to determine if it was still in our room we found a trap, droppings, and a hole in the wall behind the wardrobe. We had a not fantastic adequate stay. The front desk associates were very nice! The property was convenient for our purpose. The room could use some help. It was mostly clean, there were some fake flower petals on the floor, lint along the perimeter of the tub, a mildew spot about 6 inches across over the shower head, and we had warm tepid water for our early morning shower. This was not acceptable. I told the front desk and was informed that they had been having issues with the water heater. Again, the desk clerk was very good. The breakfast was run of the mill. Oh, and the smoke detector had a bag over it?? Our stay was what we expected from Comfort Inn. So, we were not disappointed.

The hotel was in need of update. Issues with TV, heat, toilet, and hot water. Charging for parking when there was no way to monitor and the lot was shared and open. The staff was very nice.

Wonderful breakfast, Wonderful staff. This is our stay for the hospital so we have been several times. Funny story, walked into the bathroom and a mouse was behind the toilet, ran at me, I screamed, it ran under the door and down the hall. Quite hilarious. :)) we will still be back.

My girlfriend and I checked in late and we have a nice room for the evening. However, getting ready for the night the shower was cold to look warm and was uncomfortable to even after letting it run a little. The following day I leave and come back to find my door never actually locks. I guess the card scanner was deal so I went to the front desk about it and they offer to send maintenance in 20 minutes. After an hour and a half waiting for service I went back down for there to be a different front desk person. They resolved it by putting us in a different room. Fine, we get to the evening and we’re enjoying dinner. Around 2am after we’ve gone to sleep. Shuffling a scratch of a paper bag (our shake shack ON THE TABLE!!) was being ripped into by a small mouse. This was unsettling for my girlfriend and we stayed up for the rest of the night. I would not recommend this place for staying in if you’re traveling for fun. It’s strictly a shelter.
