「Did even stay try to take my money without me even seeing the hotel then double charging me. What a big rip off」

「We had a lovely stay at the Malaga Inn. We stayed in the older original part of the hotel. I can imagine this hotel was quite the place in its heyday! Although some little places are showing their age, we could not fault our stay. The beds were very comfortable, large rooms with beautiful antiques. The courtyard is beautiful with its fountain and abundance of foliage and plants, a peaceful, relaxing area to sit and drink coffee in the morning. The staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable...

「We didn’t actually get to stay there because our flight was changed to due to bad weather and we didn’t buy the insurance for this stay. Neither the hotel or Expedia would allow us to change our reservation to the next night 」

「The hotel is new, clean, and had nice amenities…however during our overnight stay we went to use the microwave in room and found it to be unplugged. Easy enough fix most of the time, but we found that the outlet was mostly obstructed by the cabinet and the cord could not be plugged in, the hole for the outlet was completely off. Just really odd that no one thought to fix that, or to even check that all appliances were operational in the few months the hotel has been opened. We reported to the...

「The best thing was the dining & bar , the food was delicious & the staff was amazing.The room was horrible, stains on the furniture. The shower head was falling down.The shower needed replacing,old & full of rust.
