"Beautiful historic hotel in a lovely neighborhood of Cleveland, University Circle. Had a cute bar are with comfy couches and chairs. Great patio space. And the staff were friendly and engaged. Great personal atttention to guests!"

"It’s. Beautiful hotel but it’s definitely not maintained to the standard that most of the Embassy Suites we’ve stayed at are. But it’s mostly small things. A few cracked tiles, bathroom door that needs to be really pushed to lock, sticking buttons on the AC and things that are unplugged. But overall it’s a great place to stay and for the price, you really can’t beat it. They also have one of the best included breakfasts of any hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Definitely staying here again the next time we’re in town."
