"I love this hotel... It's beautiful and historic and (some of) the rooms are huge! It's local to Cleveland Clinic and Case Western so perfect for graduation this weekend. It's within easy walking distance if the RTA to head downtown to a baseball game. We did have issues this time with the room not being made up (even when we inquired on the 3rd day), and the AC struggled to keep up with the unseasonably warm weekend. And there is a single working elevator as they upgrade them (one at a time). But the staff is friendly, the shuttle a wonderful thing, and in/out parking great! So overall still a fabulous and comfortable place to stay. "

"The closeness to the hospital, the Valet service was fantastic, and any food we ate was very good. The phones in the room didn't work, but I think that was a problem for most of the rooms, after speaking with other guests."
