Our room was huge with a kitchen living room and big bathroom The bed was so comfortable For breakfast they served gluten free bagels and other gluten free items with their buffet which was a great surprise

The room was significantly degraded from past visits. The toilet ran every five minutes and when brought to the attention of the staff, it wasn't corrected. The cabinets were well worn and in need of repair. During the every other day room cleanings, the dishes weren't cleaned, the wastbasket wasn't emptied and the coffee wasn't refilled.

Our Residence Inn Mentor stay was very comfortable. It's location is convenient for visiting Cleveland's University Circle and Kirtland's Holden Arboretum. Staff was wonderful! AND the inn allows pets which is a big help to our family.
