"Room was very clean and comfortable, front desk employee was helpful, very kind and caring at check-in, my only complaints are small but significant.... Hair dryer didn't work, pool was closed for maintenance.... understandable but one of the reasons I chose this hotel and the Continental breakfast was good but having the front desk employee 2 feet from me watching me toast a bagel was very uncomfortable and I feel unnecessary "

"You need people that really clean the room, not just say they did. The floor throughout was visibly dirty. Hair all over the floor in the bathroom. Dirt build-up around the bathtub, and in the corners. You could tell the floors were not swept or mopped. There was a dirty spoon in the dishwasher with dried caked on food and is probably still in there. The kitchen drain smelled like mold."
