「The perk of this hotel is that it's new so it's modern and well maintained! Additionally, it's in an excellent location right next to the Kierland Commons. Keep in mind that the hotel is a business budget hotel, and the amenities are as such. I didn't use the pool or gym, but the gym looked well maintained with newer machines and the pool area looked small, but fine for a quick dip. 「I had visited this property before and was pleased to find that my experience was consistent with previous stays. The microwave/oven had been upgraded which was good. Housekeeping were on the ball and kept me well stocked with coffee. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Would happily revisit and probably will, at some point.」
