「Quiet and peaceful stay. 」

「Cannot fault our stay here. Beautiful room, comfy bed, good shower. Staff were all really friendly. Breakfast menu had excellent selection plus you could ask to change bits. All fresh cooked, amazing food. We ate there a couple of nights too and food is very reasonable and excellent quality. Easy distance for all attractions. 」

「The hotel is beautiful and modern which we liked. It did lack in some big areas and I frankly expected better. The toilet was dirty on arrival and I don’t mean just a little. There were dried urine stains over the seat, the toilet, the base and the floor. Not sure how this could even be missed (which I can only assume means they don’t clean properly). It was resolved straight away but we shouldn’t have had to ask. The staff in the hotel were good. However, not so much at the onsite restaurant...

「We booked 2 sea view rooms for 3 nights. Only one room had a sea view and the bathroom in that room had black mould around the ceiling. The other room had a very old mattress and the bedding was old and thin. The pillows in that room were flat. We checked out after 1 night and will not be back. Whilst the staff were friendly, this hotel needs refurbishment, new mattresses, new duvets, pillows, blankets and linen. Mould is injurious to health and no hotel of the calibre that this hotel...

「Room was freshly decorated and generally very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Lighting could have been a little brighter. It was cold near the poorly fitting single glazed window. Breakfast was excellent, served by a delightful member of staff. 」

「Unfortunately the room requested was not available as we had our small dog with us so were allocated a dog friendly room which was fine but it only had a 4’6 bed which really is not expected these days. Following the downgrading of the room by the hotel and being advised that the room requested would be cheaper. The new price unfortunately was not honoured despite numerous requests for a refund so overall not the best experience.」
