「The room is extremely small and the bed is also very small. I booked a king size bed and was given a double bed. My child could only sleep on the floor. No one came to change the bath towels in our room. The accommodation experience was extremely poor.」

「The Gentleman at the front desk was very friendly. The shower curtain was installed not high enough resulting in a foot of the curtain at the bottom folding into the tub. It is a slip hazard. I hope they will correct this. Other than that it was a perfect place to stay. The rooms on the riverfront with a balcony were wonderful!」

「We have stayed at this location for several years in a row now and love it every year. We’ve now tried the cabins and the yurt and they’re both great. The staff communicate really well and we will definitely continue to come here in the summer. And it’s in a great location to. Off the loud main road but right by the center of Maggie valley and just a quick drive to Cherokee or the parkway 」
