"The staff went above and beyond to make my family and I feel at home. We were from out of town, and in for a family funeral. The dilemma was that we didn't book our rooms for a long enough stay. The staff and manager, made sure that we didn't feel insecure about booking for the wrong days. They then also gave us a discount, since we were already in a bad place mentally, given the funeral.
