Explore the great outdoors at Whitefish Lake State Park and enjoy the stunning glacier views during your trip to Whitefish. Stroll along the lakeside or seek out the golf courses.
For a resort town it is reasonably priced in winter. Lots of great restaurant choices, and local places to walk along river, or hike nearby. We come annually!

Too much construction/high end construction with little to no improvements on infrastructure has hurt the feel of the town, in our opinion. For a visit, it's still somewhat affordable, but that's going to change. Was a great place, now, a good place.

Whitefish was a great town and wished we had a little bit more time to explore. Downtown is charming and everywhere is walkable.

As a native Montanan, I don't care for the huge influx of people. Whitefish's infrastructure was not built for such a high volume of traffic and people. It used to be an adorable hidden gem. Now it's just overrun being eaten up by greed.

The town is attractive. There is ample parking and there are numerous stores that catch your eye. I recommend Jersey Boys pizzeria. The scenery surrounding the town is stunning.

All 3 adults agreed that the town of Whitefish was not at all what we expected - a delightful small town centre with great restaurants & coffee shops. So glad we went.

Whitefish is a quiet place. A good location to access Glacier National Park. Kalispell that is nearby has better dining options.

My airport van shuttle driver told us about the Share-Shack facility where travelers can pick up odd-end items such as bear spray, when done using, you can put it back for next travelers. Very nice concept, really appreciated - Venture Shuttle.
"The front desk staff were excellent. They were able to combine my reservations so that we didn't have to check out and in every day. (We had multiples because we could extend our stay on the existing reservation, and had to book a new room for each day)
They were very pet friendly -- even provided a goody bag for the dog on check in. And it was great to have a park just across the parking lot for walks!"
"The establishment is awesome and it is in a good location not too far from downtown Whitefish and several restaurants and pubs across street and beer garden next to house. The room and amenities are top quality. We stayed on the first floor and didn’t even hear any noise or footsteps above us ; unlike some of the 5 stars hotels. Gladed that we stayed here."
