We loved the decorations, the location next to the airport, the breakfast, the towels, and the wooden key cards. We appreciated the security with parking our vehicle and using the dash paper pass. We knew only vehicles were there that were supposed to be. We didn’t use the outdoor seating, but it looked like it would have been really enjoyable. The only complaint is that our wooden dresser was sticky. I assume it is probably hard to clean and sanitize wood. I did feel the high price per night didn’t match the older room decor, as it seemed worn and dated, but the public furniture indoors and outdoors and lodge decor did fit the price.

The property was ok, but don’t bother waking up early for the “breakfast.” We stayed in room 312 and the walls are paper thin because if I don’t know any better there was a grizzly sleeping in the room next door. The room above us apparently thought they were at a late night & early morning trampoline park - needless to say, we didn’t sleep much during our stay. Basic soap/ shampoo were sized for ants, you need to request housekeeping 24 hrs in advance, and the TV/cable setup rivals rabbit-ear antennas from the 70s

The Lodge was so well thought out as the theme was over the top for the area. The breakfast was amazing with real plates, utensils, coffee cups and glasses. The Wes were cooked to perfection and the bacon was plus along with the potatoes. Don’t get that in a chain at all.

We didn’t use any of the amenities that I booked the hotel actually for, pool, weight room,etc due to us being in Glacier until dark every night. Nice spots to eat somewhat close to hotel. Not a bad drive to Glacier from the hotel (25 minutes). Beds were comfortable, shower was hot. All things you need after a 30K step day in the park. Hotel staff is wonderful. Great with giving you options on places to eat.

Hotel was great for our 4 night stay. Centrally located to Glacier NP and Whitefish. Our stay was quiet. The staff was courteous and helpful. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was good. Would definitely stay again.

Great hotel to stay. Very clean and spacious. Location is perfect to the airport. My only feedback is to add a filtered water dispenser along with the fountains and also provide real eggs for scrambled eggs. The scrambled eggs quality can definitely be improved. Otherwise breakfast was great. Good coffee!

While the staff was very pleasant and the rooms were clean and spacious, there was no restaurant, bar, and it’s location is far away from any of those which is unfortunate given the price charged to stay there was not comparable to others in the area that had those options.

Our stay here was great. Not too far from Glacier National Park. The pool with the slide was great for our kids. The only downside was any food options were 10-20 minutes away. Not a huge deal for us but something to consider. Overall, a great hotel with friendly staff!!

Breakfast was really good, included. Staff was friendly & very accommodating. Rooms great, pillows & beds comfortable. My granddaughter had left an outfit in the closet & forgot to tske it on our first stay. When we returned for our final night we inquired if they still had it & they did! Really appreciated that it wasn't immediately disposed of. Would highly recommend.

Fire alarm noise went off multiple times starting around 4:30am. No one actually went outside for a fire drill though. Noise kept coming through the room off and on till about 6am. Elevators were down too (I’m guessing because of the fire alarm). No staff mentioned anything or checked in or made mention of it. Other than that, breakfast was clean and nice but tables were not wiped down. The lady working the breakfast area mentioned to a coworker they were short staffed so maybe that’s why. Staff was friendly though.
