「The hotel was clean and plenty of parking. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. There are no amenities with the location, at minimum, would be nice to offer a coffee station besides the instant coffees in the room. The hiking snack bags were awesome and much appreciated!」

「First given a room with someone else in it. Employee quickly switched our rooms. Older rooms, with old, non-working thermostat still in the room with new separate heater above the door and a/c in window. No fridge, microwave, eat. Front staff very friendly and helpful.」

「The property was beautiful. Our room was exceptionally clean and exactly as pictured in the photos. The sitting area was perfect for my husband and I to hang out after our little ones had gone to bed. The buffet breakfast was delicious. So much variety, definitely something for everyone. The hot food was fresh and hot, being replenished often. My sole complaint was that the indoor pool was a bit chilly. My children, my baby especially, were definitely cold. 「Front desk staff was very helpful, especially moving us to a ground floor room since we were traveling with a pet. Breakfast selection is very good. Far beyond the normal Continental breakfast you can find in hotels. Location is perfect for exploring Whitefish and the Flathead valley. We have stayed there before and it never disappoints.」

「While the staff was great, the property needed major updates. My room had a stench and was very dated. Price point does not match up to what is offered. They should also clearly state that it’s “family friendly” since there were more children than I imagined and as a result, no peace and quiet. Constant stomping, yelling, running around. I would not use the amenities for that reason. I love kids but not when I’m trying to relax!」

From an infrastructure perspective, the property felt like a well decorated Marriot courtyard type of hotel - nothing wrong with that but it didn’t feel like a luxury hotel with the level of amenities you would expect for a $400 a night cost.
