I walked around by myself in the area for a few miles and it was safe. The theatre and convention center are an easy walk for broadway shows. 「I booked this hotel for my bday and the hotel upgraded me to a junior suite. Room was spacious and nice . But could have been a little more cleaner for it to be luxurious hotel. It looked a little dusty. Parking is included in the hotel fee. But getting to parking is a little tricky. The rooftop was beautiful and the food for dinner was really good . My favorite part of the hotel was the double shower for the junior suite is amazing ! 」

「The check-in experience is not very good, the hygiene is terrible.After checking out, I found that my card had been deducted twice inexplicably, for two accommodation fees, two parking fees, and two pet accommodation fees. I hope the hotel can give a reasonable explanation.」

Everything was perfect and an awesome location for all shopping and dining! I do think parking should be free as a hotel guest but it was $26 per vehicle - I met my son for Mothers Day weekend so had to $52 extra for us to park. 」

「Overall speaking, this hotel is good. The worst part was the 2 breakfast boxes we purchased. We found the cheese & egg sandwiches were moldy terribly until we almost finished them. That was really GROSS! But the airport shuttle bus service was AWESOME. 」
