"People were smoking in the elevators. I let them know about the elevators and they seemed unbothered. Our refrigerator didn't work at all and the TV worked when it wanted to. I could have complained but it wasn't worth having to move rooms. I did let them know when we checked out. Saturday night there was someone who looked homeless passed out on the bench outside. "

"Staff couldn't get outside parties to turn down their music because none of the people have in the party spoke English. Someone left their dog in the hotel room alone so that it could bark and throw a fit for two hours in the middle of the night The walls were so thin that there were a couple of guys in the room next to us who obviously had not seen each other in years. They stayed up talking until after 5:30 in the morning. They were not yelling they were not fighting. They were just having a normal conversation that we could hear through the walls. We were allotted two towels, and two washcloths. No hand towels. No Kleenexes. Definitely "a no-frills" operation."

"Very impressed. Rooms was clean. Pool and hot tub were clean and nice. Restaurant was good. I liked the balcony opening up to the courtyard. It was much nicer than most of the big chain hotels I usually stay at. The ladies at the desk got me checked in quickly. Parking lot is small but they do have overflow or long term parking behind the building that requires your key card. "
