"Loved the Post Room bar area and the foyer was stunning. Classy place. The staff were incredibly helpful and patient in allowing us to hang out while we waited for a late flight. The rooftop Starlite room was gorgeous, great views and delicious drinks. The rooms everything we expected and then some."

"All the staff members were very nice and helpful. However, the smell in the room was unpleasant, and the water from the machine also had an off smell. The location felt a bit out of the way, and the nearby street didn’t feel very safe."

"The front desk staff is wonderful! Housekeeping was great the first round, the second was very sloppy. We had to have them come back and deliver, towels, soap, glasses, dump trash, etc. The restaurant is “ok” not great. Happy hour is reasonable but limited. The location is perfect and feels safe! Good value!"
