"This is an amazing hotel. The staff are the best I’ve ever dealt with. Let us check in super early and we were able to sleep after our red eye for which we were very grateful. Comfortable beds and pilllows. The crab cakes at Poets are amazing!! Only issue we had was the strange up charges at breakfast. (Got charged $5 trying to not be wasteful and having them not include the eggs with breakfast.) Saw a lot more of Baltimore than we would have if we had stayed closer to the convention center. "

"Came to Inner Harbor for the night, visited the B&O Museum, Inner Harbor restaurant and Fort McHenry. Hotel location was excellent, staff was courteous and attentive, room was nice (bed is a little hard), breakfast was good. The breakfast staff was especially pleasant with their greetings and assistance."

"The location was very convenient, safe, and quiet. You have interesting dining options like seafood, sushi, chicken, habachi in walking distance. There’s also a gas station very close if your traveling by car. There’s shopping & grocery stores all in walking distance. Only dislike is that there began to be a ton of ants on my 3rd day of stay. Which made me panic after getting comfortable in my stay"

"We got here a little early and the room was not available till 3 but we were able to store our luggage in a room close to the check in. Can’t beat this location if you want to take in an Orioles game or roam the Inner Harbor area. Both within walking distance 10-15 minutes. Elevators are tight if you need to maneuver a mobility scooter. The room was pretty small as expected for an older hotel in middle of the city. Rooms were very dated but clean. "Hotel is under construction so they are not able to serve breakfast. For the price room was a good. However there is mildew/mold around the ceiling in the shower room. Without an exhaust fan this is going to be a regular occurrence…so would recommend that the cleaning staff dry and clean the area between occupants…the carpet also although vacuumed there were gobs of unidentifiable sticky residue…the carpets should be shampooed when soiled"
