"Great space for the price. Walking distance to the stadium and the ball park. Quiet neighborhood with friendly occupants. Would’ve given 5 stars if the unit was clean but it was not, the table and floors were sticky, window sill was covered with dead fruit flies, and I even had a fly glue strip get stuck to my hand when I tried to look through the blinds…😩The bathtub also needs replacing."

"Everything ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **I Truly Did Not Want to Leave!** My stay at the Renaissance Hotel in Downtown Baltimore was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed. The view was excellent, the staff were friendly and efficient, and the hotel itself was clean, peaceful, and beautifully decorated. I especially loved the layout and décor. You can tell a lot of thought went into the design of the space, and it gave the hotel an upscale, relaxing feel. My room was clean, comfortable, and fresh—no unpleasant odors at all, which is something I definitely pay attention to when staying at a hotel. We ordered room service, and the food was very good. Between the atmosphere, the view, the cleanliness, and the peaceful environment, I genuinely did not want to leave! The only area I think could use a little attention was the carpet. It may just need a deep cleaning or possibly be replaced, but it certainly wasn't enough to take away from how much I enjoyed my stay. In fact, when checkout time came, I wasn't ready to go! 😂 I asked if I could have an extra hour and was told it would be $50 to stay until 1pm. I happily paid it—that should tell you how much I enjoyed being there! Everything else checked my boxes, and I will absolutely be returning. This was the kind of hotel stay that makes you want to plan another visit before you've even checked out."

"The mattress needs to be changed. The flickering light on the ceiling is annoying. The walls are very thin; you can hear your neighbors' conversations. Water should be included in the room. Why isn't there a bathroom in the lobby? It's horrible that you have to go up to the 2nd floor."

"I enjoyed my stay at your establishment. The only issues I had was the room that I stayed didn't have a living room set up. It was basically an open space. The king size bed was very comfortable. The elevator seemed to have an issue with opening when it got to our floor and once while returning to the room, it stopped on the 2nd floor, brought them back to the 1st floor, then took us up to the 5th floor. I'm guessing the other elevators were out of order. I enjoyed the stay for the most part. Keep up the good work."
