「I stayed overnight and all went very well from arrival to departure. Large room. The lady at the reception was extremely nice and welcoming. The room was very laege and spotless way better than any 5* of Mecca or Madinah. The one and only setback was that the entrancy of the hotel is a very busy and noisy main road, making it impossible to walk jn the neighberhood. That said, I would come back and also recommend it.」

「The word that best describes the hotel is fantastic! There are three buses operating 24 hours a day to take you to the Haram and bring you back (it’s only a 5-minute ride). The bus leaves every 30 minutes. The reception team is very kind, the hotel is very clean, and everything you need is available in the lobby. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!」

「This was a great hotel, the staff were professional and the rooms were clean and spacious. There were also plentiful lifts (around 8-10 per tower), so that it was rare that you. had to wait more than a minute to be able to go upstairs/downstairs - something which is quite rare with other hotels in Makkah.
