「This was a great hotel, the staff were professional and the rooms were clean and spacious. There were also plentiful lifts (around 8-10 per tower), so that it was rare that you. had to wait more than a minute to be able to go upstairs/downstairs - something which is quite rare with other hotels in Makkah. There is also a small mall within the basement which we found very useful for being able to pick up snacks + water late into the night.
