「Excellent hotel and location 」

「Hôtel très propre. Dans le périmètre du haram. L’odeur de la cigarette venant de la chambre d’à côté était très gênante. Petit déjeuner varié.」

「فندق قريب من المسجد جداً، ومشرف المدخل Mr. Nizam Al-Din إنسان عظيم وصاحب خبرة في التعامل. إذا طلبت منه شيئاً يوفره في أقرب وقت، ودائماً ما شاء الله اللهم بارك يسأل إن كان هناك أي تقصير من الفندق. ما شاء الله حكيم في خبرته وتعاملاته. أنا ضيف بريطاني والحمد لله مثقف ومتعلم وأفهم في الأشياء، وأقول للفندق: طالما هذا المشرف موجود إن شاء الله فندقكم سيكون من أفضل الفنادق في حي النسيم. هذا الكلام ليس مجاملة بل هو قليل في حقه. أما بالنسبة للاستقبال صراحة ما ارتحت لهم كثير، ولم أشعر بذاك الترحيب...

「Arrived with two large luggages nobody helped me take them from car. Waited 20 minutes to check in— still nobody helped me move luggage to room afterward. Next day tried to call reception to help with luggage, no answer. Poor service all in all; disappointing. Won’t be returning. 」
