So instead of paying very high price for those 5 star clock towers I will recommend this hotel if your sole purpose is to perform Religious duties and come back to the hotel for a good night's sleep and wake up again early to go Do harm for Tahajjud. 」

「Clean room, amazing staff. We dealt with Mr. MASLEH who was super nice and helpful and he helped resolve an issue which was from the website and it was not hotels fault, yet Mr. MASLEH helped us out. We must say Arab hospitality is sexond to none i would recommend this hotel for cleanliness and courteous service. Also the distance to HARAM from here is about 4 minutes and we enter MATAF / KABAA right away instead of going in circles. On exiting Umra from MARWA, it is still very close to get...

「The word that best describes the hotel is fantastic! There are three buses operating 24 hours a day to take you to the Haram and bring you back (it’s only a 5-minute ride). The bus leaves every 30 minutes. The reception team is very kind, the hotel is very clean, and everything you need is available in the lobby. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!」

「Great stay! Taxi to haram is like £2-£4. Plenty of cabs outside. They have a free shuttle service to haram that I never used. Great staff and friendly. Will definitely stay here again Insha Allah Breakfast more catered to Arabs and food has no label. Needs simple labels in English so people know what it is. Hotel has a large masjid as well. Rooms good standard! Price is decent. 」

「The hotel used to have a tunnel access to haram which is why we booked but that access is now closed. The hotel only issues one room key (also needed to keep lights on) despite the room being booked for 4 adults. If one of us stayed in the room they'd have to sit in the dark. We asked several times for more keys but they said no. Service was TERRIBLE!!!! we stayed for 2 weeks and the cleaning was never done because they said they will only clean when we check out. 」
