「Beautiful hotel, has been renovated and has classy colonial style rooms. The views are stunning and in the morning it was wonderful to sit in our patio listening to the chirping of the birds. The restaurant has a good selection and the wait staff is friendly and eager.」

「Chambre grande bien équipée avec vue magnifique sur le lac ( nous avions demandé lors de la réservation un étage élevé au 5eme : vœu exaucé!). Hotel moderne situé à 2 pas des lanchas publiques pour gagner les différents villages autour du lac. Très belle piscine agréable ,parking sécurisé , belles parties commune, propreté parfaite. Petit déjeuner buffet parfait. Dîner de qualité 」

「Staff was so welcoming. I was surprised when I saw them meeting us down at the parking lot (2 of them) giving us a warm welcome and offering to carry luggage/bags. Room had a great view of the lake and volcanos, bedding was comfortable and bathroom was clean. Entire room was so spacious. Breakfast was nice as well with a combination of many things we liked. Food and drinks were great. To top it all is the view of Lake Atitlan and the volcanos from the infinity pool. That is magical.」

「The room was not only clean, but had a spectacular view and was so comfortable. Staff was so nice and accommodating. One of the best parts about our stay was the included breakfast and the dinner (not included) which was delicious! We thought we’d explore the island more for dinner but ended up eating at El Picnic because it was just that good. Gaby is an amazing hostess and went above and beyond to assist us with whatever we needed as well. Thanks for a great stay that we will always remember!」
