「Beautiful grounds and gardens. View from restaurant is stunning. Private parking was so helpful and provided peace of mind. Included breakfast is excellent! Rooms are adequate, but small. Beds were ok. Conveniently located to lake side park on one side and shops on the other. Restaurant food and service is very good! One of our favorite places on Lake Atitlan」

「I do not recommend staying here, me and my family went on vacation and decided to stay here at the hana hotel resort the service here was terrible and they scam people here by giving you towels for free then they sneak into your room and take one or two then they make you pay a way overpriced fee 0/10 do not recommend.」

「El lugar esta ubicado en la montaña con una vista increíble al lago y los volcanes. Aun asi no es para todos, nos hubiera conocer que los baños eran ecológicos desde antes de reservar. Las yurtas (tiendas de campaña tipo glamping) cuentan con todo lo necesario para pasar una buena noche, cama grande y colchón un poco duro. Nuestra Yurta con el numero 1 tenía varias parte abiertas, no selladas correctamente, lo que permitía el paso a mas insectos por los huecos de las esquinas. Aun asi tuvimos...
