"Wonderful experience staying at The Barn. Clean, comfortable, private, quiet. Water pressure went to zero the first night we stayed but the owners had someone there ASAP. It took them a while to fix it but the worked their tails off in high temps and were very friendly. They got it working snd no problems after that. "This Fairfield was right on I-40 in Amarillo. Our room was located more in the back of the building where it was quiet, away from I-40. The room was very nice and I loved the renovated bathroom! The newest section of the hotel was where the check-in desk and breakfast/bar area was located. Wow! That is a super nice space! "What a treat to stay here"

"Would not stay here again. I had to call Hotel.com and have them call the property manager for the code to the door since we never received it. There are 4 units and barely enough room to par two SMALL cars. I called property about an unknown car that was parked in front and we were told to find somewhere else to park on the same street. The bathroom only had two bath towel, two rags and one hand towels, not enough for a woman with long hair. They were also hammering going on in the unit next to...

"Nice rooms and pool"

"The room was very good. the building the room was in seemed new or newly refurbished. New paint, new draperies. the location was not in the best part of town. the included breakfast was just cold food. "

"Property is older and shows its age. I wouldn’t say it’s spotlessly clean but, it isn’t filthy either. Just so so. Items that needed maintenance in our room: electrical outlet for HVAC unit didn’t have a cover plate, bath tub faucet leaks, toilet seat needs tightened, HVAC unit had a sign on it that said to use thermostat on wall but there isn’t one, lamp by TV didn’t work. Towels were worn and stained . This wouldnt be my first choice to stay if I’m ever back in Pampa Texas. "
