「We got to the location and there was a family already occupying the house. They were able to walk right into the area we were supposed to be staying. 」

「Hello, I enjoyed my stay in San Antonio, but this listing is very confusing. I payed extra to check in early when I got to the property and used the code they gave me and when to relax after a long travel day someone walked into the house while laying down it was a maintenance guy. Then, following an hour later, I had four gentlemen use a code and walked into the house saying that they were booked. A confusing time was there. Management told me that I was booked for the guest house in the back...

Gotta admit that bc of some of them we decided not to eat more often there, I suggest you have a talk with all of them to fix the issue, even with that I highly recommend the hotel. Def will be back 」

「For a hotel of this price range, there is no free bottled water in the room. You need to buy it in the lobby. Hope it can be improved.」

「The hotel was under renovation and it was a mess. In the early hours of the morning, there were renovation trucks pulling things, which woke me up twice. In addition, there is no central air conditioning. The sound is too loud and makes it difficult to sleep. Very bad experience.」

「The room was clean and of good size for our family. The sofa and trundle were useful with the queen beds and our teen kids, and accommodated our 6’4” 14 year old comfortably. The hotel was clean, and the staff were nice. Breakfast had lots of options. It was a great experience.」
