"I had to come down from the 10th floor twice because the key did not work during check-in. After the third time, I was changed to another side of the building, on a different floor, and had to carry all my luggage from one place to another. After traveling abroad, that’s the last thing someone needs to deal with—walking back and forth, trying to get into the room to relax."

"Staff was excellent! Very helpful and made our stay so much better. "

"The noise in the room was so loud. You could hear every toilet and door slamming. The music from the bar was very loud and it took forever for the water in the shower to get hot. Also there was no hand soap in the bathroom. Not sure I would stay here again "
