「Room was very clean, breakfast was great but we did not have hot water the last two nights and could not find anyone at the front desk to help. We have stayed here several times before and have always been pleased with the service and accommodations. This did not seem to be the same hotel - management was unavailable.」

「Don’t like to leave reviews but this his one I have too! This place is run down! Smells awful, parking is shared with other hotels around the area. 1 elevator that takes a long time to get around. Front office clerks (at least the ones in our stay) were lazy and had that annoyed face when asking them questions. Pool area has the metal fenced knocked over, and the door to come into the hotel thru the side by the pool is broken, so you have to walk all the way thru the main hotel entrance to come...

「Positive: friendly staff, housekeeping, breakfast, and initial appearance of hotel. Negative: Closet hanging bar torn from anchors, trash cans filthy and appeared to have mold, door did not dead bolt, appearance of attemps to wipe off black mold on bathroom cealing but still visible, couch and carpet in room with stains, and pool filters and walkway covered in moss/mold.」

「Very sweet and accommodating front desk staff, particularly the older lady who checked us in upon our very late arrival. She doted on our kids and gave them goody bags, and offered us all bottled water. The room was comfortable and seemed relatively clean with slight signs of wear, but nothing egregious. The bed was very comfy and I had probably one of the best nights of sleep I experienced during our ten days of travel. The morning breakfast was good and fully stocked with a nice variety of...

「The location was close to the freeway, with easy on- and off-access. However, this is an industrial area. The hotel room was very dirty, with large stains and dirt on the couch, stains on the bedspread and top sheet, and the top bed sheet was so worn that the threads were bare. There was a ring around the tub and no bath towels. there were two hand towels, and one wash rag, and one of the hand towels was dirty. we did not feel that this hotel was very safe as the side entrance door was blocked...

「The front door was broken, and barely opened was incredibly slow. There was 1 working elevator, and the one working elevator was also extremely slow. The bed might as well been a slab of concrete, I never had such a horrible bed. To cap it off there was no hot water for a shower. Would never stay at this hotel again. The only good thing was the staff.」
