「Have stayed several times before and enjoyed it. This time」

「Booked the room so we could let the kids enjoy a pool stay. Drove 2 hours to the hotel only to see the pool had no water in it. Tried calling and calling before we drove that way, room was non refundable so we took the drive. Got there, checked in, found the pool and checked right back out to drive home.」

「Convenient stop near the interstate. The hotel was clean. No issues with the room. Breakfast was all the unhealthy stuff you would expect on a cheap hotel "buffet", the sausage was cold. Staff was on their phones most of the time, gave short answers when interrupted.」

「The staff was incompetent. They tried to double charge me for the room on 2 separate occasions. They did charge another person twice that was in front of us for check in. The room was fine but, not as throughly cleaned as it should have been. Breakfast was ok.」

I want to be clear that my concerns are with the condition and maintenance of the property, not the employees. For a room that cost over $160 for one night, I expected a much better experience. 「Not enough parking area, and in very bad condition. Not enough lighting outside. The rooms are horrible! The window hnits have moled and bad odor , insects all over the place and beds are so worn out. And during the day they go into the rooms to turn the a/c off when no one is there, so when you get to the room after work the room not only does it smells it hot as an oven!! -0」

「This was the only motel with a room available at the last moment anywhere near Snyder. Luckily I was driving my White 4x4 pickemup (Retired Engineer) and we fit right in with all the construction/oilfield workers. Who made us feel right at home. Lady at the front desk was really nice. Guys even moved the pickup parked in front of our room without us asking, so we could have better access. Room was clean, bed comfortable, AC was quiet and we could not hear the compressor kick on and off. The...
