"Was very pleased with my room! However checking in was difficult. I tried checking in through the self check in machine however , there was an error and needed assistance. Waited 10 min until I just got fed up and decided to stay in the long line for front desk and waited for another 15-20 minutes. Was extremely frustrating as I was there attending the WPPI conference."

" The pool was closed for maintenance. Their website stated the pool was open March thru October. If I had known the pool was closed I would have requested a different hotel. The weather was in the 90s and perfect pool weather. Very disappointed.. A very disappointing situation is the smoking allowed in the gaming area. When I was in Las Vegas 3 years ago smoking was only allowed in smoking areas. Having allergies to snake kept me out of the casino and spending time in my room because the pool was closed. If you have allergies or ling issues stay away. "

"Staff was amazing! One of the only places in Vegas I didn’t feel nickel and dimmed. We got free in room, coffee and waters. Everything we asked for was there within five minutes. Super bonus, amazing huge bathtub and of course, a kitchen which saves money in itself."
