"The remodeled rooms are really nice, nicer than the room at Paris which we stayed at the night before. The casino needs to be updated drastically IMO. The staff also needs a major attitude adjustment. The lady at the self check in kiosk was rude to myself and other customers checking in at the same time as the billing screen that pops up is misleading. I know she gets the same question probably over and over again but there is still a way of talking to paying customers. The beverage servers in the casino also seem like they don't want to be there or work."

"Would not stay here again, property dated, elevator broken, had to use stairs to get to room on 3rd Floor, very inconvenient, pillows were flat, kitchen was fully equipped so that helped a bit."

"Hotel itself is nice. Check in was easy and I want to thank the young lady that helped me upon checking for listening to the fiasco of my arrival into Las Vegas. Room was clean but upon getting ready for the evening I discovered the shower didn’t have cold water. The sink and bath tub did. We had reservations for dinner so I decided to wait until returning back to the hotel. Again I was greeted by the nice young lady. I explained the situation and she immediately sent someone up to the room. The maintenance engineer came, checked it and explained what could potentially be the problem. He advised me not to open the shower all the way but to let them know if it continued. Next morning we leave and hung out by the pool so we didn't try the shower. But we had plans for the evening so around 2 my daughter went to get ready and the water was still hot. I told her just shower in the bathtub. I immediately went to the front desk and explained. They offered to send someone and I told them what the engineer had said so changing rooms was offered. Time was running out for us to get ready for dinner and our concert so it wasn’t really an option plus we were checking out the next day. I asked if anything else could be done and after speaking to the manager all I could get for the inconvenience was $40 food credit. They said since it was booked thru a third party nothing could be done."
