Every member of staff made it all considerably easier for me due to their immaculate professionalism throughout, i wish i could recall their names but from the lady on reception to the ladies cleaning the room, it was elite level. "Location is excellent, right next to the quay, overlooking the water. Lovely big room, good restaurant and bar. Car parking but also just a short walk from the station. We attended a concert in Lincoln Castle, a 10 minute walk from hotel."

"Very comfortable room and bathroom with all that one needs and furnished to a high standard. Good selection of hot and cold breakfast food which was well presented and constantly re-stocked. Car park fills rapidly, so used the multi-storey 100 metres away which worked out very well. "
