We stayed in room 2 for 1 night to attend All about Dogs in Newark. The accommodation is in a lovely quiet area but still within a 15 minute drive to restaurants and shops. Room was very clean, bright and generally had a lovely feel to it. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Lovely little hot drink station in the room which included hot chocolate which I thought was a great touch! It is all self check in/out but I had spoken to owner via text who was lovely, recommending places for us to eat and put out a mat and some bowls for our dog which was great! Plenty of parking spaces too Would definitely stay again, thank you :)

Instructions and welcoming letter were perfect. Modern style, very clean. In information booklet you can find much about area, where to eat or visit. Also how to use facilities in the property. Tea, coffee and biscuits provided.
