I love this place, staff are always friendly and the rooms are always clean. The bar on the day was.fully booked up but you can walk up on then right and thereare a few other places you can eat from.

Good because we regularly stay here and are usually very pleased. The staff are always friendly and standard of the room and what is provided is good. This time however we were disappointed to have a toilet that was not properly cleaned and a very wobbly toilet roll holder that needs to be fixed.

Lovely hotel, quiet, staff were very helpful and welcoming. Food in the pub was very good and reasonably priced, lots of choice. Breakfast was so good.

Great place near Lincoln and lovely canal views and walks on doorstep. Food in pub great. Some confusion with uber about location so always tell the burton waters but absolutely great weekend,

Very clean and comfortable room. Checking in at the bar in the restaurant/pub was a bit strange but worked ok. Worth trying the breakfast in the pub restaurant. Great value and tasty.
