「I never checked in to this hotel. We called to confirm debit or cash was accepted as deposit before booking. Was told no cash, debit will be okay. Check in is at 3pm. I arrived 3:15 and no one was at the counter so an employee leaving her shift put her stuff down and helped us, was told room is still dirty. I asked if we’re early and she said guarantee check in is 4pm. We left, came back at 4pm. Line up was out the door because the horrible employee at the desk had no idea what she was doing....

「Great one-night stay. The hotel was clean, quiet, and very convenient for the airport. We appreciated the text right after check-in asking if we needed anything. The terminal bridge also made returning our rental car and getting to the airport very easy. We’d definitely stay again!」
