"This was my second stay. The staff are very accommodating, the breakfast they offer is quite good they have free laundry facilities, amenitiesr are quite good the rates are very reasonable. Rooms are large and if you are staying for a few days it is great. The only issue I had this time is that my room had a very unpleasant odor."

The location is outstanding, with easy access to many of Ottawa’s key attractions, restaurants, and business destinations. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and I very much appreciated the complimentary room upgrade offered upon arrival. My room was clean, modern, and well-appointed, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. I was also pleased with the fitness facility. While not a large gym, it was well-equipped for a hotel property and the 24-hour access was particularly convenient given my work schedule. Overall, reStays provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay, supported by excellent service and a great location. I would not hesitate to stay here again on a future visit to Ottawa and would gladly recommend it to others."
