「it was a lovely hotel... everything was perfect till the AC was broken on the hottest day of the year. I know the owner try their best to fix it but still....I couldn't sleep in those days... and I was really disappoint that there was no any compensation on this accident....」

「We truly could not have asked for a better weekend getaway to celebrate my spouse’s birthday. The interior was absolutely beautiful, and the rooms were spacious and impeccably clean. There was more than enough room for our family of four to feel completely comfortable. The lounge was perfect for mid-day snacks, and we relaxed and played board games. 「Great location. Room was clean and in really nice shape. Front desk staff were amazing and offered suggestions for events in the Byward Market on NYE! Gave us a free upgrade, nice room and very spacious! But it was the farthest from the elevator! Lol.」

「The room is comfortable and clean. However, only disposable tableware is used for breakfast, which is not eco-friendly. The location is easy to access and in a walkable distance to Byward Market. The only drawback is there are a lot of homeless on the street but they didn’t appear to be threatening. 」
