All the staff was absolutely wonderfully, from the valet to the front staff and the people at the bar, everyone was so nice and helpful. We ordered dessert from the restaurant in the lobby and it was great. The hotel looks beautiful and the room was very comfortable.

The location is fantastic. Very close to the Parliament buildings, river and canal and Bytown Market. And very affordable and convenient parking nearby at the City Hall lot. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very responsive and warm. A great place to stay!
