"Very old hotel. I had the chains rooms because the AC wasn’t working properly. They wouldn’t upgrade me. They wouldn’t give me any sort of complementary whatever because I had to change rooms due to my first room being incomplete with the air-conditioning. Went to the gym they had no water or anything. ..."
