Belle chambre de bonnes dimensions. Bien localisée, seule chose négative à dire, les oreillers ne sont pas confortables et les prises électriques de la cuisine ne marchaient pas. Mais pour le prix, je recommande.

Le Wifi ne fonctionnait pas ; devoir aller chercher les clés dans un autre bâtiment n'est pas pratique ; ensemble correct mais a besoin d'être rafraîchi, couloirs sales, on tombe sur le répondeur quand on appelle la réception. Les plus : le parking est gratuit et couvert ; quartier agréable avec une rue de bars et restaurants juste à côté.

I stayed at this hotel and found the location convenient, with bars nearby. Overall, the place was clean, and there were kitchen utensils and a refrigerator available. The only thing that was a bit confusing was that check-in was at another hotel just around the corner. Parking is free, but you need to mention it when checking in. I was a little disappointed that the sink faucet in the bathroom wasn’t working.

Great place - the suite is well-equipped! The only inconvenience is that the check-in and check-out is at another location. But, it is not too far, about 2-3min walk, so for the price it is not bad. I would definitely go back.

I came to Ottawa to take an important exam and booked this hotel for the night before so I could get some proper rest. Unfortunately, when I arrived, I discovered that there was a nightclub directly across from my room. The noise continued until around 3:00 a.m., making it impossible for me to sleep. The next morning, I asked the front desk to change my room, but they were not helpful or cooperative. I then understood why this particular room had been offered at a lower rate. However, it is unacceptable to mislead guests by not clearly disclosing the serious noise issue before they make a reservation. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a quiet place to rest.

Check in was a little confusing. You have to pick up the keys at another location and finding the door to get into the hotel was hard because the parking is located in another building near by. Overall for the price it was a good stay, very clean and quiet. Only stayed for a night but the apartment style room with dishes and cutlery makes it ideal for longer stays. Couldn’t find anything regarding using the wifi though.

Overall, the stay was okay, but there were a few things that affected my experience. The breakfast didn’t have much variety, and the quality could definitely be better. It was hard to get a good night’s sleep because of the noise from the street and the air conditioner. Unfortunately, the pillows weren’t comfortable, and I woke up with neck pain. I hope these areas can be improved for future guests.

Decent place to stay. Pretty clean, accessibility-wise quite poor (no elevator, no accessible door openers and check in is in a different building). You can see right into the hallway under the door. Not horrible, but budget friendly.
